With a broad flavor profile, our Cream Soup Base is creamy, rich in flavor, and offers a smooth-as-silk mouth feel…by means of one outstanding product you can make all of your cream soups, chowders, and bisques.

Each case is packed with 12/15 ounce bags per case. Each bag makes 1 gallon of finished cream sauce. 

HOW IT IS MADE 

Our non-separating cream soup base is made with the addition of water only.

VERSATILITY

Our Cream Soup Base may be used for a delicious: Cream of Broccoli, Mushroom, Chicken, Potato, Onion, Vegetable or Celery Soups, and chicken pot pie. It may also be used for making Clam, Seafood or Shrimp chowders. This may also be a great beginning to your secret clam sauce recipe.
